A few days ago, Coach Crook summarized the "fight" in heaven, and how it wasn't technically a battle...so then how do we know that Mammon and Michael are such great warriors if they didn't technically fight?
I had the same thoughts, but I figure that they have such a great reputation, maybe through training/practice, that they are feared in such a way that Satan and the others do not want to ever face them.
I think they were made for or had the title as the "warrior" angel and the "warrior" demon so their position is like the general of an army.
